Dear EE department heads:

As per our discussion at the NEEDHA  Business Meeting in San Diego on Mar.
26, and with the kind assistance of Bob Janowiak and Don Flood of IEC, a
dinner has been scheduled for NEEDHA members and spouses, as follows,
concurrent with the ASEE annual meeting in Washington, DC:

          Date:  Tuesday, June 25
          Time:  6:30pm
          Location:   Sequoia Restaurant
                      3000 K Street N.W. 
                      Washington, DC 20007

                      Tel: 202-944-4200

The restaurant is located at Wahington Harbor on the river with a wonderful
view and excellent food. It is within a fifteen minute ride from the
Sheraton Washington Hotel.

Please let me know if you would like to attend, and how many  (usually one
or two, but they should be able to accomodate children). Please try to
respond by June 19.   I will update those wishing to attend about menu, cost
etc. before June 21.

This will give us an opportunity to get together at ASEE, and then consider
whether to do it annually. I think it should be very enjoyable.
