Invitation

NEEDHA Cordially invites you to participate in the 1996 NEEDHA Annual Meeting, March 22-26, San Diego Hilton Resort, California. A dynamic educational program has been outlined for this year's activity. Please review the tentative agenda and complete and return the registration form.

Important Hotel Information

It is imperative that all NEEDHA Members make their hotel accommodations within the next several weeks. The San Diego Hilton is in extremely high demand over our meeting dates, rooms will be sold out early. Please act promptly.

Rising over Mission Bay in a vision of Mediterranean splendor - the San Diego Hilton Resort is a dream location. Surrounded by acres of beaches and secluded islands, the resort is situated in Mission Bay Park, an aquatic preserve and natural paradise. Also convenient to Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Old Town Historical Park, Marina Village Shops.

Getting to San Diego Hilton Resort

Tower Travel. NEEDHA registrants are invited to call Tower Travel Management for airline and travel reservations. Tower Travel guarantees the lowest fares. Call 800-542-9700 and identify yourself as a NEEDHA participant. United Airlines is offering a special discounted meeting fare (up to 10%). To take advantage of this fare; call, or have your travel agent call 1-800-521-4041 from 8:00 am - 11:00 pm Eastern Time - daily. Refer to meeting I.D.#: 599YL.

Ground Transportation: The San Diego Hilton Resort has a courtesy van that runs from 6:30 am until 10:30 pm. The Courtesy phone is located in Baggage Claim area of the San Diego International Airport, allow about 15 minutes for the van to get from the hotel to the airport. If you plan to rent a car, the San Diego Hilton is located off of Interstate 5, just 10 minutes from the International Airport.

Spouse/Guest Information

A special activities tour program will be provided for spouses and guests on Saturday, March 23. Please register your spouse/guest for this memorable activity. Spouse/Guest Registration fees include Saturday tour and NEEDHA banquet activities.

several of you have asked about place and date in order to make advance airline reservations.
it is too early to make hotel reservations. we will get that info to you when it is available.
the meeting will be in SAN DIEGO; MARCH 22-26.
in the meanwhile, plan to attend, complete the survey, and have a very merry, happy holidays.
