NEEDHA cordially invites you to participate in the 1997 NEEDHA Annual Meeting, March 14-18, Hyatt Orlando, Florida. A dynamic educational program has been outlined for this year's activity. Please review the enclosed tentative agenda and complete and return the enclosed registration form.
It is imperative that all NEEDHA members make their hotel accommodations within the next several weeks. The Hyatt Orlando is in extremely high demand over our meeting dates; rooms will be sold out early. Call your travel agent, or call the Hyatt at 1-407-396-1234. Please act promptly.
The Hyatt Orlando, a 50-acre tropical paradise, beckons with the magic of Walt Disney World, EPCOT Center and MGM Studios, with convenient access to Universal Studios, Sea World, Busch Gardens and the Kennedy Space Center. Refer to the enclosed brochure for further information.
Tower Travel. NEEDHA registrants are invited to call Tower Travel Management for airline and travel reservations. Tower Travel guarantees the lowest fares. Call 800-542-9700 and identify yourself as a NEEDHA participant.
United Airlines is offering a special discounted fare (up to 10%). To take advantage of this fare, call, or have your travel agent call, 1-800-521-4041, daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 PM Eastern time. Refer to the International Engineering Consortium Account #508NK. Delta also has special rates available for NEEDHA members. Call Delta at 1-800-241-6760 and refer to the International Engineering Consortium file #XS689.
Ground Transportation: If you plan to rent a car, the Hyatt Orlando is 20 miles from Orlando International Airport. Mears Shuttle services the Orlando and will be happy to take you to and from the airport for a fee. Mears charges $ for transportation one way.
A special activities tour program will be provided for spouses and guests on Saturday, March 15. Please register your spouse/guest for this activity. Spouse/Guest Registration fees include the Saturday tour and NEEDHA banquet activities.
