SWEEDH Meeting at Orlando, March 17, 1997

SWEEDH is the Southwest Electrical Engineering Department Heads.

The Southwest EE Department Heads (Arizona, New Maxico, Texas) held a brief breakfast meeting on March 17, 1997, during the 1997 NEEDHA meeting. Those attending were Michael Austin, UT-El Paso; Ray Bellum, Embry-Riddle; William Frensley, UT-Dallas; Glen Gerhard, University of ARizona; Steve Goodnick, Arizona State University; George Hophins, Texas A&M-Kingsville; Robert Jump, Rice; Don Merrill, New Mexico State; Don Neaman, University of New Mexico. Primary item of business was to determine a location for the group's fall meeting. It was decided to hold the meeting September 25-26, 1997 in Albuquerque, NM with UNM as host.
