SUBJECT:    IEEE/ABET Program Evaluator Training Workshop

The IEEE Educational Activities Board (EAB) and the Committee on
Engineering Accreditation Activities (CEAA) have organized an EC 2000
workshop specifically for NEEDHA members.  This training session is
scheduled for 5 March 1999.  The March 1999 training session is being held
at the site of the National Electrical Engineering Department Heads
Association (NEEDHA) Annual Meeting, in Destin Beach, Florida.  Details and
registration information are as follows:

ATTENDANCE - DEPARTMENT HEADS AND OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES (Fee for
Training Workshop)
For all participants who are not current IEEE EAC program evaluators, a
Workshop fee of $150 is required in advance.  The fee for participants who
have not pre-registered will be $200.00 at the door.

MARCH  WORKSHOP - Friday, 5 March 1999	 

Location:      Sandestin Beach Hilton Golf and Tennis Resort
Events/Times:  Registration and Continental Breakfast  8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
               EC 2000 Training Session                9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
               Lunch                                  12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

PROVIDED:  Full Day training includes training materials, (to be provided
on site), continental breakfast, lunch, and breaks.
